Over 9 years experience as a bartender in diverse settings such as country clubs, weddings, speed bars, conventions, black tie events, fundraisers, etc. I am versatile in that I have experience bartending, serving, project and event management, and staffing.
I am TABC certified and City of Austin Food Handler's certified.
Terms of Engagement:
WHITE GLOVE SERVICES:
I offer white glove services free of charge such as bridal/groom shots, specialty cocktails, champagne toasts, etc. Through a follow-up call, we can discuss additional labor time costs this may incur.
UNIFORM:
If there is no specification, my typical uniform is black long-sleeve button down, black slacks, black belt and black non-slip shoes. A white button down with black slacks is another option. If you would like a tie or other flair, you will need to provide and it will be returned at check-out. I can facilitate more casual attire, however I do have tattoos on my forearm and upper arms.
BAR KIT
I come on-site with a bar tray including garnishes; limes, lemons, cherries, olives, shaker, strainer, and bar tools. If you are interested in serving a signature cocktail with a particular garnish (lemon twist, olives on a toothpick, etc.) please indicate. Any/all garnishes are included in my labor fee. Any and all mixers (sodas, juices, waters) are your responsibility. I do not typically setup a tip jar unless it is suggested by you.
SERVICES NOT OFFERED:
At this time, I am unable to offer alcohol. All alcohol must be provided to receive a quote.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
I can bartend a party of up to 150 guests maximum, alone. Any invoices submitted with parties of 100+ must have a minimum 6 hour quote. I can comfortably work a bar for four hours at a time before I need a 15 minute break. Please include existing/expected alcohol inventory.

This sample invoice is typical of a 150 person wedding reception. I will quote you 'worst case scenario' time wise, but the final charge will only be on the check-in/check-out times. Again, I do not charge for travel or supplies.
RATE:
My standard rate is $25/hour. I bill for when I check-in onsite, and when I check-out (I do not charge travel time.) If your event is 10+ miles outside the city of Austin, I charge a $30/hour flat rate to cover travel time, mileage, and gas.
